I haven't received my payment
At present, you are only able to add funds to your CleverWallet using a SEPA IBAN transfer. This is a transfer between EU IBAN accounts. Payments made by Swift are currently not supported.
Please be aware that transfers into your CleverDo account from another bank can take up to 3 business days to reach your account. If any of the following details are incorrect then the payment will be returned to the sending bank;
- Beneficiary/Recipient - Your full name as it appears in your CleverDo account
- IBAN
If the 3 business days have passed and you still have not received your transfer then please send the following information to our customer support team;
- Your full name as shown on your CleverDo account
- Date of transfer
- Amount of transfer
- The transaction ID from the sending bank
