How to make a transfer with CleverEurope
To make a transfer from your CleverDo IBAN account to another SEPA IBAN account in either your name or the name of a third party, you can use our CleverEurope transfer system by following the instructions below:
- Login to the CleverDo App and select Transfer from your home screen
- From the list of transfer options choose CleverEurope
- Enter the recipient's First Name and Last Name. This must match the name on their bank account
- Next, enter the recipient's IBAN account number and the amount that you wish to send. When entering the amount please remember that any relevant fees will be deducted from this amount
- Press Continue and you will see the Transaction Pending screen
Please take into account that transactions can take up to 3 business days to reach your account and are subject to the agreed fees which can be found by following the link below:
You can keep track of your transactions on the Transactions page on the home screen of the CleverDo App.
