How do I change my password?

To change your password click on Settings on your home screen and follow the steps below: 


  1. Go to Change Password
  2. Where prompted enter your old password, if you have received a temporary password because you have forgotten your old one, enter that now and press CONTINUE
  3. Next, you will need to enter your new password, confirm it below then press CONFIRM
  4. You will be returned to the settings menu and a pop-up will appear on your screen saying Password Changed Successfully

When you next log in you can do so using your new password.
