I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password then you can follow the instructions below to receive a temporary password;

1. On the CleverDo login screen click on Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your inbox for your temporary password (Some security settings will place this email in spam/junk mail).
4. Enter your phone number and copy and paste the temporary password you received by email into the CleverDo App login screen.
5. Our temporary passwords are case-sensitive. Because of this, we recommend copying and pasting instead of manually typing the password.
6. You will now have access to the CleverDo App and can change the password to one of your choosing in Settings.
