How do I activate my CleverDo IBAN account?

To activate your CleverDo EUR IBAN account (International Bank Account Number) you will need to add a minimum of €10.00 and up to a maximum of €100.00. This money will be available in your account balance for you to use after activation. 

At this time CleverDo can accept payments via:

• IBAN to IBAN in the SEPA region. 
• CleverPay, instant internal transfers.
• Using the CleverFX solution from the add money section of your CleverDo App. This is a solution provided to our users via the third-party service NACE. You can also follow this link to convert your Bitcoin to Euros using Nace. https://cleverdo.app/cleverfx/

Funds exchanged through NACE will then be added to your CleverDo wallet.

To activate your IBAN bank account follow these easy steps:

1. Sign in to the CleverDo App using your telephone number, password and 4-digit security PIN
2. Please tick the box to accept the CleverDo IBAN Terms and Conditions of Use then press Activate My IBAN
3. Next, you will need to provide some basic personal details as well as the information from the identity document you will use later on for your KYC (Know Your Customer). The ID can be a passport, driver's license or photographic national identity card
4. MAKE SURE THAT THE DETAILS ENTERED MATCH YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT EXACTLY AS THESE DETAILS WILL BE USED LATER TO COMPLETE YOUR KYC AND WILL NOT BE EDITABLE
5. Special characters are not accepted in names or addresses for activation, for example; Ñ, Æ, Å, Ø, Ö, Ü, Γ, Δ, Σ,  Ă, Đ, Ư , 诶, 艾弗, 艾马, ß, Ç. Because of this, please use only A-Z when filling in your details
6. You can find the Latin spelling of your name on most accepted forms of identification, please see the examples below:

7. Once you have completed all of the fields please check that everything is correct and EXACTLY as it is on your identity document before pressing Continue. If you are not sure, you can press EDIT to check the details you have entered before continuing because these details will be used later on for your KYC and WILL NOT be editable
8. IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR KYC FAILS TWICE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED!
9. CleverDo will now verify the information provided. This may take a few minutes so please do not shut down the app
10. Once verification is complete, you can make a one-time load to your CleverDo account. You can choose an amount between €10.00 and €100.00, and add the funds.

When transferring money to your CleverDo IBAN account make sure to use your own name as the beneficiary/recipient.

Your CleverDo IBAN account is based in the United Kingdom and is a Euro account so please select Euros as the currency to avoid higher transfer costs.

You will now have the option to return to the home screen or upgrade your account by completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
