What details do I need to provide to activate my IBAN?
You will need to provide some basic personal details and address, as well as the information from the identity document you will use later on for your KYC (Know Your Customer). The ID can be a passport, driver's license or photographic national identity card.
Special characters are not accepted in names or addresses for activation, for example;
Ñ, Æ, Å, Ø, Ö, Ü, Γ, Δ, Σ, Ă, Đ, Ư , 诶, 艾弗, 艾马, ß, Ç
Because of this, please use only A-Z when filling in your details. You can find the Latin spelling of your name on most accepted forms of identification, please see the examples below:
Once you have completed all of the fields please check that everything is correct and EXACTLY as it is on your identity document before pressing Continue. If you are not sure, you can press EDIT to check the details you have entered before continuing because these details will be used later on for your KYC and WILL NOT be editable.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR KYC FAILS TWICE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED!
