User does not exist

If you are seeing the error message 'User does not exist' when logging into the CleverDo App please follow these steps:


  1. Check your telephone number very carefully for any errors
  2. Check that you have selected the correct country code and confirmed it by clicking on the flag and selecting your country code from the dropdown menu
  3. In most countries, the leading zero (0) is not used in international dialling. Make sure that you are using the International dialling format for your country. Usually, the format will look something like this;

+XX (country code) XXX XXX XXX (telephone number)


Country codes are either 1, 2 or 3 digits long and telephone numbers can vary from 5 digits up to 12 digits long in some countries.


If all of the above is correct then you will need to send an email to help@cleverdo.app with the following information:


  • Your full name
  • Telephone number and country code
  • A screenshot of the issue
