I can't open the CleverDo App

The CleverDo app is designed and tested on the application downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You will need to download the most recent version of the CleverDo App when new releases become available. 

If your app crashes please check that you have the most up-to-date version of the CleverDo App on your phone. 

In order to ensure you never miss out on any exciting new releases you can turn on auto-update for the CleverDo App in your mobile phone settings.

For the optimal running of the CleverDo App, make sure to complete the following steps;

1. Uninstall the CleverDo App and reinstall the latest version. 
2. Clear the cache on your phone by going into your applications and selecting the CleverDo App and clearing the cache.
3. Check that you have no pending software updates.
4. That you are using an operating system that is either Android Marshmallow 6.0 and above or for iOS (Apple) users iOS 13.0 is the minimum requirement. 

If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure that you have good reliable internet access.
