I have forgotten my PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN, follow the instructions below to create a new one;

1. Click on Forgot PIN on the CleverDo login screen
2. Enter your registered email address to receive a 4-digit one-time passcode (OTP)
3. Check your inbox for the email containing your temporary security PIN
4. Copy and paste the OTP into the CleverDo login screen and press continue
5. You will now be asked to enter your new choice of security PIN. Enter again below to confirm and press continue

You can now log in as normal using your new choice of PIN. If you wish to change your PIN at any time you can do so in the Settings menu in the CleverDo App.
